Hogs are harvested on Tuesdays at Mt. Angel Meat Co. This USDA facility is Animal Welfare Approved and is unique because it can provide a scalded carcass with the skin on. If you plan to do the butchering or if you want the hog in primal cuts, then we can usually pick up the hog the next day or deliver it when it is best for you.
(Hog carcasses range from 185-225 pounds).
Same pricing applies as for whole hog. See if you can get a friend to join in with you! If you can’t find someone to share the hog with, contact us and we might be able to help you make a match.
